Your goal and My goal – Our goals
My goal – as a trainer is realising Your targets – clients targets. It may sound easy, but it is more difficult than it may look like. My real goal is to show and teach you how to reach your Goal and also how to evade serious mistakes or even injuries.
Your target is to have a good feeling from your body and to be sure that you have reached your goal.
In our case as I already mentioned is teaching you to regularly, eat and rest on purpose of gaining muscles with gaining least possible fat or the most possible keeping of current muscle tissue and loosing as much fat as possible. These goals are reachable only with the cooperation of Me and You.
My professional targets are:
- to do an intro interview and make a sports investigation
- setup a training program on base of the information gained
with attention on your age, stature, health, your goals and other
possibilities
- this involves a training and dietary program plus drinking regime.
- During the initial training unit I will show you the training and explain you
the method of exercising, illustrate, explain and show the using of simulators and
fitness machines, their description – depending on your experience
- tell you rules of the fit centre and advise you about some habits.
- support your morale and help you with solving problems concerning
training, dietary program and regeneration
